Update CLI to Display the DZD State #2590
Description
As a doublezero user, I would like to know the state of the DZD I am connected to so that I can determine if I am disconnected due to a device undergoing maintenance i.e. in the drained state. This should be captured in doublezero status.
Additionally, this could also be displayed in doublezero latency.
