data/topology: multicast overlays

In the topology view of the data tool, I want to a multicast overlay so I can see the multicast trees across groups, including traffic rates with utilization/capacity of the links.

We need to get the collector stuff rolled out for this as we need the multicast routing table off every device to reconstruct the distribution tree.
