Planning Tool creation

We'd like to create a tool that can take an extract from existing sources (onchain, airtable)
and create the following:

1. any metro to any other metro: max and min bandwith bw any two nodes in the graph
2. any metro to any other metro - latency bw any two point in the graph + comparison to internet (implement dykstra)
3. based on lowest latency what is the path through the network
4. what happens if link is unavailable
5. eventually - where are the opportunities for latency optimization
6. overlay of stake on this would be helpful

data from smart contract would be live
data from airtable would include committed, but not yet live.

Just putting this out here since we were talking about it internally, it looks like https://dune.com/home is quite a decent platform for doing on-chain analytics. We should probably investigate that more.

If dune can provide:

• customized dashboards
• network topology
• potential data-science related analytics

that would be pretty awesome imho, and save us quite a lot of engineering hours and the maintenance overhead of developing a solution in-house.
