Necessary

• map semver (major, minor, patch ) to conventional commits
• enforce commit messages to main based on conventional commits
• automate tag creation derived from commit messages
• daily deploys to devnet
• weekly deploys to testnet
• heuristic for versioning so that e2e tests can test backwards compatibility
• figure out how to get goreleaser to handle minor/major versions
• TBD cadence deploys to mainnet

Nice to have

• deployment of smart contract (foundation?)
