multi-homing is not currently supported, but if a user tries to connect multiple times they get a

Error: malformed stuff: cannot provision multiple tunnels at the same time

This isn't really an issue outside of "malformed stuff" being mentioned.
If might be good if the client actually looked up to see if it was connected before trying to connect again and provide a more graceful message.
