…pleGroups (#3039) ## Summary - `TestQA_MulticastPublisherMultipleGroups` was previously skipped on all environments except devnet and testnet - Remove the environment guard so the test runs against all QA environments ## Testing Verification - Test now executes on all environments without the skip guard
