This milestone is about getting a simple mana node running. It will not include all features. Rather the intention is that it is fully functional in the sense that a user should be able to run a command (e.g. mana) and spin up a node. The node should then do the following:

• discover peers,
• sync data from the peers, and
• insure that data is valid and save it all to the blockchain
