Folder that contains the edge functions must be called functions #7

I discovered this issue when trying to sync. The folder that all the edge functions must be in has to be called functions. Changing the folder name or putting it anywhere else causes an issue with SupabaseFunctionAggregateImportMapTask

Looks like the issue was #8 all along
