Allow loading zip for examples + url examples + small bug fixes

• Examples that are zip files can now be included, and a CRISPR-HDR in Arabidopsis example has been added.
• Those zip files can also be loaded from urls.
• Bug Fix: when loading sequences from files, the UploadedSourceFile was setting the output field, even if it is still unused. We may have to retroactively fix this in the future
