Hi.
I had a water leakage few days back. The meter showed the drop icon untill I have solved the proble.
From the log I can see the water leakage indicator popped up 3 days before I realy got a notification from my municipaly.
Furthermopre, the leagage was fixed and the drop icon no longer appears at the meter nor in my municipaly water company but it is showes its on in the binary sensor.
That looks like a bug.

can you please share screenshot / diagnostic file / logs?
not sure I understand the issue as the integration doesn't calculate leak by itself, only sensor available is for alert under the account

Which meter icon?
Please be more accurate, sensor name / diagnostic file / logs,
your terms are not aligned with the name of sensors,
In addition, i'm not guessing what happened in your physical meter nor integration , without actual data I cannot assist,
Once you will be next to it, pls share the missing details

Thanks

BTW, the meter model is ARAD LR9 D and or TAVOR 20-Z (both appear on the meter).

Did you share a picture? Asking because it's not attached.

In addition, as I understand you are talking about the meter UI itself, not related to HA, is that correct?

Now doing it.

This is a repo for integration between Arad portal (cloud) and Home Assistant.

If something is not working well between the the meter itself to notifcations configured in the portal, please ask you municipality to address it with Arad.

If something is not aligned between Arad portal and the integration, please provide logs and diagnostic file,
Otherwise, I cannot assist.

Please don't describe what happens in the meter, it is not relevant, as what important is just the cloud service.

This picture show 0.8m^3/h flow, positive flow (water consumption) and the drop icon which indicate there is a leakage (set by the meter itself). This correlates with the Meniv servers (Rishon LeZion).

Again, please provide logs and diagnostic file

OK.Checking how to do that. Anyway it looks like a mismach between Arad servers and the municipaly. The municipaly is OK related to the meter.

The question is whether you see the same details between Arad and HA,
If not, I will need the information to understand what causes it

Instruction how to do that are available in readme

Thanks. Not at home to do that. Anyway the Read My Meter does not show any alert at this point.

Ok, so no issue for now?

I did not say that. The Readmymeter pro does not show any alert while the city-mind does show an alert as the leakage binary_sensor is on since 3 days before the real leakage popped up. Since than it was fixed so no leakage now but binary_sensor is still on.
I will submit logs later or tomorrow morning.

Now I have found some time to add the diagnostics. I have removed/altered all personal details.
Looking inside, it looks like a bug in Arad's cloud service.
The binary sensor was turned on 3 days before the real leakage. The leakage was fixed by me and now the meter is fully aligned with the municipally and the ReadMyMeter app.
I have contacted Arad and they do not deal with end users. I have contacted the municipally and since they are on holiday this week I will ask them to bring the issue to Arad on upcoming working day.

I think you didn't understand the purpose of the binary sensor, it just reflacts the status of configuration whether to alert in case of leakage or not,
There is another sensor of alerts that tells you if there is a leak its name is Alerts

OK. I will check. I might have missed it as I was looking for another binary sensor but did not find one. The strange thing is why was it changed on the 12th?
I did not do anything.
Thanks.

I have checked again. There is only one binary sensor in the list of entities of the integration. Th eone you are talking about is missing, at least from my entities list.
