This PR aims to update .gitignore so it is easier to do pull request, they are some leftovers in the compile process (v143 tools) such as:
.recipe
.vcxproj.FileListAbsolute.txt
Also there are some other files/folders that are not needed to be in the src code like:
sp/game/bin
.pdb
So we should remove them.
