Closes issue #5118. Current GL JS behavior is now the "authority" on what the
text-pitch-alignmentandtext-pitch-scalingrender tests should look like.mapbox/mapbox-gl-native#10436 will bring native very close to the GL JS implementation, but four of these tests will still give somewhat different results
(mapbox/mapbox-gl-native#9732).
