Now that Tilt and multiple open InfoWindows and panning support has landed @gundersen requested that we release 2.3.0 today.

Confirmed that 2.3.0 is now live on Maven Central's repo1. It'll still take a few hours before it gets indexed and is searchable by http://search.maven.org/ but the library is publicly available as of now.
