Release Android 4.0.0 Release Candidate 1

Mapbox Android 4.0.0 is the most ambitious Android release to date with 3 major new features being released. These new features are part of our ongoing efforts focused on providing a premiere navigation experience in-car and on-dash for Android. To help us produce the highest quality SDK possible we're releasing a Release Candidate so that everyone has time to explore it and help hardened it before the official 4.0.0 Final Release. The First beta was released on 15-March-2016 in #4334 and the Second beta was released on 21-March-2016 in #4419.

I just published the Mapbox Android Demo using 4.0.0-rc.1 from Maven Central. It should be live on Google Play within a few hours as per usual.

As of now all the technical details for the release have been complete. @Lndsay has a Tweet scheduled for tomorrow morning to publicize it. When that's tweet is made we'll link it here in this issue and then officially close this ticket.

We're getting closer to 4.0.0 Final! 🎉
