Unfortunately, the MemoryPoolAllocator which is the default has issues on ARM: Tencent/rapidjson#388, Tencent/rapidjson#200, Tencent/rapidjson#301, rethinkdb/rethinkdb#4839
GeoJSON VT 3.1.0 also uses the CrtAllocator
