- This repo is to be archived, so I have updated the read me to point to the newer repo where work should go.
- The old read me has retained the other information but has been renamed to OLD_README.md
- A link has been added to the new read me to the old read me
- Links have been checked and there are currently no 404s.
- NOTE: OLD_README link doesn't work until this PR is merged since the link to the file won't exist until this is merged
Old read me still needs link from new read me
