chore(git): mark lib/* as generated in .gitattributes (#2908)

This PR adds `lib/*` and `marked.min.js` to the `.gitattributes` file in order to suppress them in diffs. See https://github.com/github-linguist/linguist/blob/master/docs/overrides.md
