Upgraded SLF4J and Logback dependencies to the same versions that `marklogic-client-api:5.4.0` uses.

This is a request to support MarkLogic Java Client API version 5.x.
The most recent version of this library, marklogic-rdf4j 1.2.2 (6 Feb 2019), uses marklogic-client-api (a.k.a. Java Client API) version 4.1.2 (16 Jan 2019), while the most recent version of the Java Client API is 5.4.0 (24 Feb 2021).
Keeping the Java Client API dependency up to date, allows writing applications on top of MarkLogic database, that can both use RDF features from this library, as well as the latest features from the Java Client API.
