Tasmota v8.5.1 with Http Hooks

This release is updated with support for Https Hooks (used with Hubitat), for full release notes see the original firmware:

Use tasmota-minimal-8.5.1.bin to update an existing Tasmota install (see original firmware release notes for issues and things to consider). Once on v8.5.1 the gz-files might be used directly without going via minimal. If there are issues, use minimal and run "reset 5" before installing with the full .gz firmware.

tasmota-httphook-8.5.1.bin(.gz) is the release with actual support for HE.

Don't forget "reset 5". See the docs.
