Notable changes

  • Marp Core still can install to EoL Node.js 10 but it becomes no longer tested. In the other words, Marp Core in Node.js 10 is softly deprecated. Node.js ecosystem is migrating to the latest and keeping Node.js 10 support is too hard work.
  • I've prevented updating highlight.js into v11 to save Node.js 10 users. It also includes breaking changes in following so we will delay updation until next major release.
    • Dropped some minor language supports.
    • Removed highlight.js theme that is using in Marp default theme.
  • Bumped Marpit to v2.1.0.

In highlight.js v11, github-gist theme has removed and merged into
github theme. Marp's default theme is based on GitHub CSS so this change
is reasonable.
