Marp for VS Code had used Node 10, to match into VS Code's Node version provided by Electron 4.
Now the latest VS Code is using Electron 6 and Node 12.4.0, so we have to run test against Node 12.
And we are using Node LTS 12.13.0 for development. We can expect better performance while testing and building in local.
