Finish what I started some months ago.
IPackageManager functionality will be extensible via helpers, so new methods and features can be added without breaking old manager implementations

  • Helpers may be compulsory (IPackageOperationHelper, for example) or optional (IMultiSourceHelper)
  • No more conflicts between IPackageManager and PackageManager: IPackageManager should now be used everywhere
  • Improvements to how Helpers are handled and integrity-checked (development improvement only, no impact on runtime)
