C3 Rev 1.1 sent to fabrication

The C3 basic version of the switch is sent to fabrication:

MAIN UPDATES

• U4 RTC used is PCF8563T that is already used in other proved to work designs. Cheaper than DS3231, no temperature compensated crystal
• U1 UART chip is now using CP2102N-A02-GQFN28R. Cheaper than the QFN24 version) and uses new pin-out
• Traces are now done in 4 Layers having a solid GND pane for the signals. The price difference from the other two is gone in the 4 layer upgrade

Errors corrected after alert of JLCPCB

R14 part is wrong for the current footprint in BOM / pick & place switched to C25768 (0402 it was 0603 originally so it won't fit in that small one)
This is a danger of changing something in the schematic and still having it placed in the PCB.
