Like the "Edit this page" button, we could have a "Create an issue" button for a page. It could be used to create an issue for missing/wrong information.

Funny, I was meaning to do this for my own site which uses this theme (thank you!)

In my Issue I include helpful information about how Github allows this to be achieved via simpe URL's:

salesagility/SuiteDocs#8

So it should be pretty easy for anyone with knowledge of Hugo (I'm still just starting to learn it...)
