  • Create color mixins
  • Call color mixin from stylesheet, with primary color
  • Update README to document color mixins
  • Delete --plain modifier
  • Include "breaking change" message about removing modifiers, point to color mixin as deprecation replacement.

chore(fab): Remove the mdc-fab--plain modifier

Resolves #1143, Update demo to use the mdc-fab-accessible mixin, since this is the migration path away from mdc-fab--plain.

BREAKING CHANGES: Removes mdc-fab--plain, please update your code to use mdc-fab-accessible mixin instead.
