Review guides at developer.piwik.org for official launch

Piwik is an open platform for analytics, with built-in privacy.

Several guides have been written to showcase how Piwik works and what can be done with the platform. The guides are available at:
http://developer.piwik.org/guides/

The goal of this ticket is to review all of the guides and confirm they are accurate, useful, consistent, and can help developers get started with the platform (by building plugins, themes, or contributing to the core).

Once this ticket is done, we will publish a blog post to advertise the new developer.piwik.org website and let the Community know about this new fantastic resource!

In the next few weeks we'll go over each page reviewing the text and organisation,
our goal will be to put together a great set of developer guides that the community can trust and enjoy!
