As part of element-hq/element-ios#5648, this PR adds
isUsernameAvailableto MXRestClient and deprecates the oldisUserNameInUsemethod which was based on looking for errors from the registration API and might not have covered all cases.Additionally adds a few extra error types related to the call as well as a
msisdncase forMXLoginFlowType.
