Turns out that storing huge JSON arrays in the progress JSON isn't something that postgres particularly likes.

Turns out that storing huge JSON arrays in the progress JSON isn't something that postgres particularly likes, so lets instead iterate through all rooms in alphabetical order.
Fixes up PR #5706.
