Feature Request: Add dynamic speed control character

I'm using the library for simulating a console. So basically i'm only writing 1 bulk line with stops in some parts, like:
```js
"line1^1000\n \line2^1000 etc.."
```
It would be good if the library had a similar thing for speed like it has for pause. Something like `%n` or `~n`.
