Views are only displayed the 2nd time

Hi there,

First, thanks a LOT for this. It's a very good implementation.
I'm struggling with something. I can only get the views to be displayed the second time I visit the specific URL. Example:

1. http://localhost:3000/view1 - nothing is displayed
2. http://localhost:3000/view2 - nothing is displayed
3. http://localhost:3000/view1 - OK
4. http://localhost:3000/view2 - OK

Could you help somehow?

Sometimes the view is not loaded in the ng-view div and I can see the code function () { return html; } instead... how to fix it?

It appears to happen random.
