In this repository you will find the contents of Team Rename's second Ironhack Project. We aim to answer the following objectives.

Objective

• Build a model based on the dataset that will provide insight into why some bank customers accept credit card offers.
• Provide additional areas of opportunities that the bank wants to understand from the data.
• Answer following questions that will help the business to better understand their customers:

1. What are the demographics and characteristics of customers who accept or reject credit offers?
2. What insights did you discover within your analysis which would be meaningful to the bank?

This project features all steps of data analysis beyond data gathering; EDA, cleaning, addressing a data imbalance, and subsequent analysis to answer these questions.
