Linux on Mac Development via Docker with Audio/GFX Forwarding

• Allows you to run a Linux container and Linux programs on your Mac. You can then install different Linux audio DAW and plugin software to test things out a bit easier. For example, you can open REAPER, add a virtual instrument, and then try LV2i instruments.

Issues

• OpenGL forwarding currently doesn't, so some plying GUIs are hard to use and don't work. Need to sort out the issue via something like libGL error: No matching fbConfigs or visuals found libGL error: failed to load driver: swrast jessfraz/dockerfiles#253
