Poll refresh status #2
Description
Currently a data source is refreshed asynchronously. This means that airflow SLAs / landing times might not be accurate when data sources take some time to complete.
Idea would be to poll for completion. Max execution time would be handled by the BaseOperator though the tableau server REST API does not support cancelling a refresh.
