espressif: add ESP32-C6, ESP32-C2 and ESP32-H2 new chips support #1756

This MR adds basic support for ESP32-C6, ESP32-C2 and ESP32-H2.
Also it add parameters for flash frequency and mode config needed by esptool.py on building.

Note: Native Security Features and Serial Recovery aren't fully enabled for these yet.
