Also, there is an issue with white lines and I don't know how can I fix it:

There is actually no white lines issue for rotate_without_crop method. What do we see in the image from the description - white lines are part of images! Images from examples simply contain white borders!
You can look at these images:

  1. original

black image

  1. rotated with a black outer part

rotated with a black ground

  1. rotated with a non-black ground

rotated with a non-black ground
