Deployment error: "The requested VM size for resource 'Following SKUs have failed for Capacity Restrictions: Standard_D2s_v3' is currently not available in location 'eastus'."

Deployment succeeded using East US 2 and VM size: Standard_B2as_v2. This can be edited in file: variables.tf
