Update the Edge release notes script #26477

What would you like to see added to BCD?
https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data/blob/main/scripts/update-browser-releases/edge.ts is responsible for updating the edge.json file with new versions and dates. It also finds links to release notes.
We, on the Edge team, recently changed the way we do things. And the release notes that the above script used to link to are no longer the right ones.
Here are the new release notes: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/web-platform/release-notes/136 (replace 136 with the version you're interested in).
We started back in 133. And we will continue releasing those notes just before the next Beta ships.
How impactful do you think this enhancement will be?
It will fix the edge release notes script used by BCD, providing consumers of the data with better data.
