The experimental features page has a bunch of errors, reported in #36742.

This removes layout.css.aspect-ratio-number.enabled which was removed and enabled in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1635939 accoding to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1621090#c2
