Description

as https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/MDN/Writing_guidelines/Page_structures/Page_types/CSS_function_page_template, all css functions should have a Formal syntax section

Note

rotateX() & rotateY() & rotateZ() can't find a data for {{CSSSyntax}}
at least they can be found in webref repo
