This template should migrate from RTD to GitHub Pages since RTD doesn't support hosting for Organizations for free, just for users. Additional, the template should migrate from Sphinx to Jupyterbook, following the example at [EchoPype](https://echopype.readthedocs.io/en/latest/contrib_setup.html#contrib-setup).
