This migrates the test suite of mwxml to pytest and the stdlib's unittest, from nose. nose is now deprecated, and projects should now use pytest and/or unittest. As part of an effort in the nixpkgs project(NixOS/nixpkgs#326513), we are removing all usages of nose in our package set, and submitting patches to upstream projects to help them migrate more easily.
