Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
dbt offers a way to use multiple threads when running. We should have a way to set how many threads can be used.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add DBT_THREAD_COUNT as an environment variable that can be set

Describe alternatives you've considered
None.
