feat: add batch endpoints to medusa-js and medusa-react

Closes #1089

Add POST/DELETE /admin/collections/:id/products/batch endpoints to @medusajs/medusa-js and medusa-react

The first commit is for medusa-js and the second commit is for medusa-react
It did not look like there were any tests to be added to medusa-js.
