Summary
pnpm の lockfileVersion を 5.4 から 6.0 に変更
pnpm のバージョンを 7.x から 8.x に変更
CIでpackage.jsonのpnpmバージョンを使用するように
pnpm 7.x でも動くことになっているが、lockfileのfrozonが出来ないなど微妙に問題が出そうなので
pnpm 8.x にアップグレードを推奨。
