4.3 version is the latest available in maven central

Is there any movement on this. Could really use the bump to antlr4:4.5 |

I was about to send a PR for doing exactly this... in the meantime last version seems to be 4.5.3 (see http://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.antlr/antlr4). |
