Restructuring proposal with some overall changes to the doc

This PR covers the following changes:

• Creates the proposal for removing the redundancies across the different sections. This is effected through tables to account for where users where users can find each field per tabs
• Removed images in the tabs as they do not compliment the proposed structure
• Removed app roles based on this release note
• Removed the note about enhancing the page for private cloud based on this release note
• Edited the contradictory statement about deletion/deactivating apps

The decision to use a Table to represent the duplicated fields rather than the previously agreed structure of nested components with categories was made upon realizing that clearly indicating where each field appears would significantly enhance user experience. Since some fields are not available across all tabs, allowing users to see where each one belongs at a glance might prove to be more efficient than using nested categories.
