@merill while searching for the app 'd365-insights-org', I noticed the TenantId 'cdc5aeea-15c5-4db6-b079-fcadd2505dc2'. If you run the script only against this TenantId, you get the list that can also be found in the file 'OtherMicrosoftApps.csv'.
Therefore I added this tenantid to the script in this pull request and emptied the static list. Please test this again, here is my result compared to the content of 'OtherMicrosoftApps.csv'.
