sequenceDiagram: Support note blocks

I have seen that a request for line break support was already implemented using <br>.
but I think it might be more comfortable to allow note blocks:

    note over worker:
        Worker starts writing additional data
        to temp. folder (takes 4:00 hours)
    end note
