What changed?

Localized various strings in the LoraConfigEnums.swift file.
Added new localization keys to the Localizable.strings file for region codes and modem presets.

Why did it change?

To ensure that the application supports multiple languages and provides a better user experience for non-English speakers.
To make error messages, notifications, and UI elements translatable.

How is this tested?
