Request refresh for UDP

I am tinkering with a project to try and get a module like this into place for UDP

I'm not sure this exact repro is the best place for an issue but it's a start.

I would like to have existing functionality, but a new option to connect to WiFi or be a AP (the node can connect to) and consume all moderen proto with UDP listener

The end use is a example boilerplate for people to make things with to expand ideas

In a refresh it would also be nice to have a platform IO file here to automate proto build

Something to consider for a proto and a concept which would work here
